Meet Dr. Julie Pittman

Julie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping individuals live active, healthy lives. With advanced training in orthopedic conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and rehabilitation during pregnancy and postpartum, Julie brings a comprehensive approach to her patient care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UNCW in 2014 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2019. While at Methodist, Julie was honored with the Monarch Award for academic and clinical excellence, as well as the Empowerment Award for her commitment to empowering patients through her care.

Julie is deeply committed to supporting women at every stage of life. She works closely with her patients to help them not only stay active but also feel empowered to take control of their health and push past their previous limits. She is dedicated to making each patient feel heard, valued, and equipped to achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. Together, they love being outdoors, staying active through CrossFit, and discovering new spots in the Charlotte food scene.
