Meet Dr. Julie Pittman

Julie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience and advanced training in treating orthopedic conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and rehabilitation during pregnancy/postpartum.

She is a North Carolina native who received her B.S. in Biology from UNCW in 2014 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2019. While at Methodist, Julie received the Monarch Award for superior academic and clinical performance. Additionally, she received the Empowerment Award for clinical skills and patient empowerment.

Julie is passionate about helping women stay active through all stages of their life, however, that may look to them. Therefore, she works on empowering her patients to take ownership of their health and take them past their previous baseline.

When not in the clinic you can find Julie spending time with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. They enjoy being outside, working out at CrossFit, and exploring the Charlotte food scene.
