The Rally Method

Why we are different: We use a 3-step process to help us ensure each treatment is unique to you. At the same time, it also allows us to ensure that we are always making forward progress towards your specific goals while optimizing your health and performance!

Reveal and Relieve

  • Understand what’s really going on with a focus on body connection and education. Decrease your symptoms or modify activity to allow you to do the things you love.

  • Goal: A clear and personalized roadmap with symptom reduction.

Adapt and Activate

  • Building a new foundation for healing and strength guided by the findings on phase 1. Working to improve your tissue resilience and continue to decrease symptoms.

  • Goal: Consistent improvements or full resolution of symptoms with functional confidence and whole-body connection.

Lift and Live

  • Building on Phase 2 by moving beyond rehabilitation into empowered living. Challenging your system to optimize your health ensuring symptoms remain under contol. Setting new goals for your health.

  • Goal: Strength, Confidence, and Freedom in your body.
